New Subscription-Based Pricing for Virtual Events

(Houston, TX) – Elastic Solutions, a provider of cloud-based marketing solutions and services that drive demand, increase engagement and accelerate revenues, has announced a new annual subscription-based pricing model for its virtual environment solution, Elastic Events. Please note that even with this new addition, per event pricing will still be offered.

“We believe one of the barriers to more organizations not leveraging virtual events as a strategic part of their overall corporate strategy has often times been the large upfront cost associated with them. That and not having clear visibility into what they’re truly paying for and why” said Jason Stegent, Founder and President of Elastic Solutions. “We’ve listened to our customers and prospects and decided to come up with a more cost-effective way for them to execute virtual events. Whether it be for virtual tradeshows, user groups, product launches and showcases, career fairs, training, sales kick offs, etc., we believe this annual subscription model will enable our customers to execute more virtual events. And they’ll do so with a simplified pricing structure that doesn’t nickel and dime them to death.”

There will be an annual license which is due upfront, and then two different standard license options that can be paid out as monthly subscriptions. Each license includes:

  • Client account manager to ensure the success of your virtual events
  • Onboarding consultation
  • Customizing a virtual environment to the customer’s specifications
  • Status updates and overall project management from event creation to event archive
